Return Policy

You may return any stock item within 14 days from date of dispatch.

Items which have been printed on, embroidered or otherwise altered using either our artwork or your own will not be accepted for return unless they are faulty by reason of:

1)     Manufacturing fault which renders the garment sub-standard, or

2)     Decorating fault where the printing, embroidery or other decoration is not of a reasonable standard.

Goods must be in their original condition and contained within their product packaging and then packed in suitable poly bag or a box for transport along with a written statement of the reason for return.

Leotards and other close fitting personal clothing (especially underwear and tights) should not be worn prior to return, due to the nature of the garments we will not be able to process refunds for such items that have been worn. If you are unsure about this then please contact us prior to trying the garment and we may be able to advise you. Please check the sizing charts for assistance.
