We want you to love and enjoy the products you buy from us.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 14 days, unused and in its original packaging for a refund or exchange.
When trying on
shoes for size please ensure they are worn on a carpet or a non-marking floor.
We will not replace shoes or items that have been used - tights will not be
exchanged or refunded if removed from their original packaging , please check
the size guide on the reverse of the packaging to ensure fit before removing .
We recommend that you keep the original packaging and transport packaging until
you are certain you intend to keep the goods.
Please provide us with a written explanation of the reasons for returning the item,
as exchanges or refunds will not be processed unless accompanied with a written
statement . If in doubt please call our office on 01335 - 344100 during office
hours (Mon-Fri 9.a.m to 5.00 pm) .Please note carriage costs will be refunded
only if the goods are faulty or if we have miss-picked your order. See Delivery

website, you acknowledge that the use of this website is subject to the
following terms and conditions.
Prices:
The prices
given are RETAIL prices. Prices may include VAT where applicable. Prices exclude postage and packing
charges. Postage/freight will be charged at the published rates on our website.
Prices charged will be those ruling at date of despatch. SHIRTS ‘N’ STUFF
reserves the right to adjust prices if suppliers inform us of price changes at
short notice. All prices are quoted without obligation and are subject to
alteration without notice.
Delivery:
Orders placed
before 2.00 pm on a week day will normally be sent that day , stock
availability permitting. Goods are despatched on either 1st class service
or Parcelforce 24/48 hour delivery. Please allow 7 days to elaspse
before contacting us with a problem.
Money Back Guarantee:
You may return
any stock item within 14 days from date of dispatch. Goods must be in
their original condition and contained within their product packaging and then
packed in suitable poly bag or a box for transport along with a written
statement of the reason for return. Leotards and other close fitting personal
clothing especially underwear or tights) should not be worn prior to return,
due to the nature of the garments we will not be able to process refunds for
such items that have been worn. If you are unsure about this then please
contact us prior to trying the garment and we may be able to advise you. Please
check the sizing charts for assistance.
Force Majeure:
We shall have
no liability to you for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any
damage or defect to goods supplied or delivered hereunder that is caused by any
event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control.
General:
All products
subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute stock with slight
style/colour variations to enable us to supply you with a complete order.
However, we will contact you to confirm that you will accept the proposed
alternatives prior to dispatch. Every effort is taken to recreate each item, but
the colour reproduction is as accurate as modern resolutions will allow. We
cannot be held responsible for typographical, pricing or other errors and
reserve the right to cancel any orders based on such errors.

We handle all complaints fairly, effectively and confidentially. We will
respond to any complaints within 48 working hours (2 working days)..
Payment Methods and Timing
We accept payment by Access, Mastercard and Visa, or Switch, Maestro and other
debit cards. Your card will be charged on the day of dispatch of the goods.
Order Cancellation
If you change your mind, you can cancel the order as long as we have not
already dispatched it. Please contact us on 01335 344100 or info@shirtsnstuff.co.uk. If you have already
received the goods, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt unused
and in their original packaging for a refund. We will make a 10% charge for
administration and handling costs.
Return Policy
You may return any stock item within 14 days from date of dispatch.
Items which have been printed on, embroidered or otherwise altered using either our artwork or your own will not be accepted for return unless they are faulty by reason of:
1) Manufacturing fault which renders the garment sub-standard, or
2) Decorating fault where the printing, embroidery or other decoration is not of a reasonable standard.
